Mr. Caskey was admitted to the California Bar in 1975. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. He later obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He is an AV-rated lawyer who is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California.
Mr. Caskey is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million or multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
Mr. Caskey enjoys reading history and literature, going to flea markets and swap meets, playing golf, and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Chelsea.
